Carnahan property management has a full-time staff of licensed property managers that currently manage single family homes, condominiums, apartment buildings and commercial properties in the Los Angeles area and have been doing so for over 60 YEARS!

We handle our referrals with special care to insure your clients are treated with the same courtesy, competence and professionalism that they would expect from you.

If your client decides to sell or purchase an investment property in the future, you will be contacted immediately to represent them.

Once the referred client signs our Property Management Agreement and we begin our services with them. a referral fee is paid to the referring agent in the amount of 1 1/2 times the collected monthly management fee!
