Single-Family Homes & Individual Condominiums

Property Management fee is 6.00% of the scheduled rent amount ($170/mo. minimum)
NO setup fee
NO fees for advertising a vacancy

Leasing Fees

ONE-TIME fee of 6% of the first year’s rent is charged for placing a new tenant
NEVER pay a fee until we place a tenant in the property!

Apartment Buildings & Commercial Property

Each apartment building or commercial property is unique and a management program must be tailored to fit. Please contact us for a competitive quote.

Property Management Fees Include

Collection of rent(s)
Payment of all bills related to the property that the owner would like us to pay. Including: mortgages, taxes, insurance, landscaping, pool service, pest control, etc.
Regular property inspections
Monthly statements
Coordination of vendors and contractors for maintenance issues
24-Hour emergency availability
