Jonathan Genender has several years of property management experience. Not only has Mr. Genender been a resident manager, but he also co-founded Creative Solutions; a marketing company that specialized in servicing the property management industry. Creative Solutions boasted an All-Star client roster including Alliance Residential, Equity Residential, Archstone and even The California Apartment Association.
Some of Jonathan’s other achievements include being the VP of Business Development for MobileNow Group and Regional Manager of 2020 Companies. While working for MobileNow, he managed teams simultaneously in China and the United States. During his tenure at 2020 Companies, he had the largest territory of any of the other Regional Managers, covering half the United States.
Jonathan received his Bachelors degree from UC Riverside in Business with an emphasis in Marketing.
