SINGLE FAMILY HOMES AND INDIVIDUAL CONDOMINIUMS:

- Property Management fee is 6.00% of the scheduled rent amount ($170/mo. minimum)
- NO setup fee
- NO fees for advertising a vacancy
Leasing Fees:
- ONE-TIME fee of 6% of the first year’s rent is charged for placing a new tenant.
- NEVER pay a fee until we place a tenant in the property!
APARTMENT BUILDINGS AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY:
Each apartment building or commercial property is unique and a management program must be tailored to fit. Please contact us for a competitive quote.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEES INCLUDE:

- Collection of rent(s)
- Payment of all bills related to the property that the owner would like us to pay. Including: mortgages, taxes, insurance, landscaping, pool service, pest control, etc.
- Regular property inspections
- Monthly statements
- Coordination of vendors and contractors for maintenance issues
- 24-Hour emergency availability
