Paying all recurring monthly expenses such as Mortgages, HOA Fees, Service Providers, plus Property Taxes and Insurance for the property. We coordinate all maintenance projects, verifying the integrity of the work preformed by the independent Contractors, Vendors and Handymen. Arrange for services as, utilities, gardening, pool and spa service. Provide 24 hour emergency service. Available to all owners and tenants by maintaining office hours and staff. Periodic property inspection of all properties to ensure the proper maintenance of the property and that the tenants are adhering to the terms of the rental agreement.
