- 1. Rent Roll (name and contact information of tenant, copies of leases, amount of security deposit, date and amount of last rent raise and balances owed)
- 2. Copies of all keys
- 3. Copies of last three months of all bills
- 4. Contact information of any regular vendors (trash, laundry, etc.)
- 5. Contact information of resident manager
- 6. Information regarding any pending legal notices and unlawful detainers
- 7. Rent stabilization certificates
- 8. Insurance policies
