3. Should be Reliable, Patient and Honest. These three are important qualities since an estate manager is the window to your organization. He talks to clients, attends to them and is involved with all the public relations on your behalf.

4. Eye for Detail and Organization. These are major areas that will make or break your company, so a property manager must be well organized and able to pick fine details when dealing with your clients. No mistakes should be overlooked because it might cost you much, but a person who knows how to coordinate work to the last detail will win new clients for you.

The good manager will showcase your company in good light, handle the clients well and help to bring in more business, instead of driving them away. It is the reason these four qualities are very necessary for success in property management.
