• Automated Controls – Upon possible retrofitting of the building controls, management can operate a Direct Digital Control/Energy Management System so that lighting controls, temperature set point changes, scheduling, and overrides are in place to save energy and increase tenant comfort.  Management is able to communicate from remote locations such as office, home and service vehicles wirelessly.

• Monthly Reports – We provide a report each month of all tenant service requests handled. These reports include information such as response time and action taken.

• Supplies – Should you request it, we stock and deliver all of the necessary toiletry and custodial supplies for your property. We keep an inventory and deliver the supplies before they run out.
