MAINTENANCE SERVICES
A clean and well-cared for property is one of the hallmarks of CarnahanProperty Management Team. To accomplish this goal, Carnahan Property Management conducts frequent physical audits of each property to assess both short and long term maintenance needs. Audits include operating system inspections conducted for common area lighting, roofing, fire equipment, HVAC and elevator/escalators, etc. These inspections are established to ensure compliance with all applicable codes, ordinances and equipment warranties. Furthermore, safety and appearance issues are evaluated in regard to lighting, fire safety, landscaping, snow and ice removal and sidewalk and parking lot maintenance to minimize liability and maximize aesthetic appeal.
When appropriate, Carnahan Proeprty Management also employs contracted maintenance .
