• Studio and 1 Bedroom Condos  – $100.00 monthly
• 2 to 3 bedroom Condos – Start at $125.00 monthly
• Townhomes – Start at $150.00 monthly
• Single Family Detached Homes – Start at $175.00 monthly ( up to 3,000 sq ft )
• Single Family Detached Homes – 5% of Monthly Rent ( greater than 3,000 sq ft )
• New Tenant Set Up Fee – $150.00

What Our Property Management Rates Include

1. Pre-inspection of property
2. Market rent analysis
3. Photo documentation of condition-pre and post move
4. Recommendation of repairs
5. Coordination of activities with third party contractors and HOA’s.
6. All advertising costs
7. Tenant screening and showings
8. Lease generation and execution
9. Collection of rents (rent checks and leases are made out to Meridian Property Management, you remain anonymous to the tenant)
10. 24/7 Emergency Hotline
11. Detailed Monthly Statement defining all activities
12. Year End Statement which can be given directly to your accountant

In addition, there is a one-time new tenant set up fee of $150.00 each time a new tenant is placed.

Other Fees

• Evictions – Client pays for outside eviction service. Meridian Property Management Inc. represents client at no additional cost.
• Materials – Charged at cost.
• Cleaning Service – $25.00 per Hour
• General Handyman Repairs, Plumber, Electrician, General Contractor – Quote by Quote Basis
